ODTUG Board of Directors

To my tech blog readers, I have an announcement to make:

Your’s truly has decided to run for the ODTUG Board of Directors.

Why did I decide to run?
I assure you it has nothing to do with a lack of faith in the current BOD; actually, it is my *respect* of the board and the positions that I have decided to run.  I believe in ODTUG, Kscope, webinars, the Technical Journal…all the pieces that comprise ODTUG.  It is a fantastic organization that I want to be more involved in.

…But aren’t I already really involved?
Exactly.  I am involved as much as I can be right now, but I want to serve YOU even more as a member on the BOD.  I have a passion for the organization and I want to see it thrive, build, grow and keep maturing.

How am I already involved?
I am an ODTUG Leadership Graduate (2013), past speaker at Kscope (2011, 2014), member of the Kscope content review committee for EPM Foundations and Infrastructure (2013), Kscope content review committee for EPM Planning (2015) and EPM Community Leader for regional user groups (current).  I am also passionate about talking with other communities within ODTUG other than EPM because I am a firm believer that ODTUG is an organization made up of equal communities that when working together can accomplish so much…and we can accomplish even more than we are doing.  I want to be a part of that growth!

What can you do to help me HELP YOU more?
Vote for me in the upcoming ODTUG BOD elections.  There are 4 open positions and I would love to serve YOU more in one of those positions.

If you have any questions, please reach out to me.  Serving on the ODTUG BOD is not a decision taken lightly and one that I have entered into with the greatest of respect.

Thanks in advance!
